New Pampers Campaign

By Pauline Gaudillat on June 18, 2019 10:13 Call for entries 0

Help Pampers develop a new brand campaign for Millennial parents!

Pampers diapers are designed for the everyday happy, healthy development of babies. For more than 50 years, its R&D teams have innovated to make Pampers’ diapers softer, better fitting, more absorbent, comfortable to babies’ skin so physical distractions like wetness do not get in the way of babies’ development.

Unfortunately, most Millennial parents feel diapers are diapers. They expect all diapers to keep babies dry. In fact, Pampers’ tendency to talk on & on about the product and to tell parents stories about diaper performance strikes many Millennial parents as out of touch. Some even perceive Pampers as a historical old brand, distant, and emotionally inaccessible. Can you help Pampers correct this?

Create a new Pampers’ brand campaign that resonates with today’s young European parents.

Reimagine the body washing experience

By Pauline Gaudillat on June 13, 2019 10:46 Call for entries 0

Help us visualize an augmented, multi-sensorial body washing experience powered by fragrance!

For many Body Care products, women tell us that if they can’t smell it, it’s not working. Fragrance plays a critical factor in how we perceive product efficacy and is therefore a strong driver in choosing the right product in-store and enjoying it in-use.

When it comes to shower gel/body wash, fragrance plays a key role - especially during the shower. At this moment, the fragrance blooms and delivers its best: the scent is strong and rich, it’s often enhanced by the hot water, and it reinforces your perception that it’s doing its job ... cleaning & moisturizing your skin. Often, the scent helps you feel rested or energized, depending on the scent & your expectation.

Our sponsor believes that, with technology, fragrance can augment and transform a body washing moment into a body washing experience! Can you help?

In an aesthetic, arresting and stylish poster with a headline, imagine a multi-sensorial, augmented body washing experience where fragrance is the star.

Meet our Creator of the Month - lugossyakos!

By Pauline Gaudillat on June 04, 2019 10:00 Featured Authors 0

This month, we are proud to introduce you to another Hungarian creator named lugossyakos. This curious advertising expert is always looking for something no one has thought of before. “Discovery consists of seeing what everybody has seen, and thinking what nobody has thought", said Albert Szent-Györgyi, a Hungarian biochemist who won the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in the 30's. And this is Akos' mantra! Let’s find out more about him right now.

Tell us a bit more about yourself!
I studied graphic design in an art school and then I went to work at advertising agencies. Two years ago I founded my own agency with a professional team. This was a great experience but as a managing director I missed the creativity sometimes. So eyeka comes to my mind again to fill this space.

I have always lived in Budapest and never want to live elsewhere. There are so many opportunities in this city and I really like Hungarian craft beer. That is a gastronomical success.  There are so many awesome concerts all the time (I really like live music). So please come and visit us!

How did you find out about eyeka?
A found eyeka at my previous workplace 4 years ago, my colleagues recommended the site.

Do you have a creative process? If so, can you share a bit of your secret with our community? Where do you look for inspiration?

Fortunately, I have been working with ads for 12 years. So, there are so many ideas from past experiences and projects. And I also try to follow current trends. I always mix past and present ideas and thoughts to create something new.

How does it feel to win 5 prizes in less than a year? That’s impressive!
It feels very good! Sometimes the daily work with clients is so regulated, so eyeka gives the opportunity for some extra creativity. And it’s good feedback on my creative work when it’s awarded.

When submitting an entry, how do you stay positive if it is rejected or not selected as a winning entry?
I always check the winners and learn about their work. It’s a race, so it encourages me to be better.

And I also always stay positive because I see that the winners are good. Your system works well. That is enough for me.

What would you like to achieve (or have already achieved) with the prizes you will win/have won?
I would like to achieve more creative feedback on my work and learn from others. And the prizes are good so I plan to give myself a gift from the money: a journey to Thailand.

If you had to describe eyeka in 3 words, what would they be?
Creativity, community and possibility.

Finally, is there anything you would like to share with our creators (a secret, a tip, etc.)?
Due to my years at the agencies, sometimes I had to figure it out what is in the client’s mind. And one thing is sure: clients always like to choose. So, I often follow this thought by uploading more entries for one contest.

Thank you, Akos!

Reinvent the way Secret or Old Spice talk about sweat & odor protection.

By Mikhail Kachakhidze on May 27, 2019 14:35 Call for entries 0

Reinvent the way Secret or Old Spice talk about sweat & odor protection.

In the US market, almost every single adult uses either an antiperspirant (AP), which controls sweat, or a deodorant (DO), which controls body odor. Antiperspirant and deodorant sticks, which might feel heavy or leave residue on clothing, typically claim to eliminate sweat and / or odors for 24 hours or 2 days regardless of one’s activity levels & the weather conditions.

Secret & Old Spice have a new technology that blows away the competition, but it’s a real challenge to talk about sweat and odor protection in a way that does it justice. People just nod, without really listening. Can you help?

Re-Invent Green Tea For More Occasions

By Mikhail Kachakhidze on May 27, 2019 13:13 Call for entries 0

Create distinctively new ways to delight Japanese green tea consumers

Green tea is still one of the most popular beverages and is strongly rooted in the daily lives of Japanese people from all ages and backgrounds. Green tea is also an iconic experience, traditionally consumed at home, brewed in a nice teapot and served hot in Yunomi, the traditional Japanese tea cups.

Of course, green tea consumption has evolved and is now available in ready-to-drink formats from supermarkets or vending machines, in different flavors and varieties and even served in famous coffee chains across the country.

Our sponsor is one of the most popular beverage brands in Japan and they want to help Japanese people enjoy green tea more often by inventing new complete-product experiences. The way it is consumed and consumer behaviors are shifting, and they would like to imagine how this could apply to green tea. Can you help?
