We get fewer and fewer mail in our letter boxes. In the digital age, from the point of view of the end-customer (you, us, everyone), paper mail is increasingly being digitised (bills, administrative reminders, statements, press, etc.). One tends to send fewer and fewer personal correspondence and post cards whereas advertising mail and leaflets keep filling one’s letter box.
Individual customer's relationship with his/her letter box and mail is weakening and focussing on advertising and commercial exchanges, as well as on sending and receiving goods.
We want to change this !
