A creative, qualitative and up to date submission. Easy-to-use interface with an emotional dimension, a real love from the first sight. A very special communication platform and we also loved the name of the project: “Cupid of your real estate dates”.
This challenge interested me so much. The question I’ve asked myself was about the role of digital technologies in facilitation of information exchange without leaving the existing service. This was a real challenge. I’d love to see the submissions of other winners, but I’m very happy to win this prize, especially when I haven’t thought about winning.

A very complete and didactic entry that has many useful features. We liked the ranking of criteria and a real-like visit of the property. A quick and free of charge contact (BBM, Skype) with an agent is also a good idea.
It's great news to hear that I won the 2nd prize . For Nexity contest I tried to think on different perspectives, as property buyer, agent and seller, and I combined all them for my entry. Creating for eYeka contest give me a lot of experience as the briefs are varied and different. Briefs seem to give us limitation, but that's the interesting part of it. Because within the limitation we try to solve problems and thinking as a conceptual designer. In my opinion, actually designer profession is a field that can be connected to everything in life, such as this contest. I'm still learning 'till now to improve my skill. The creation is outstanding and of a very good quality. We like the intuitionism and the wish-list. It has a very strong emotional dimension for buying a property of one’s dreams. This "one day home" campaign inspired by my own experience. Putting myself on consumer's shoes, making me know what to do at this campaign idea. I'm so glad winning this competition, and so challenged to win the 1st prize.. one day.. :D
