hxn didn’t share any feedback with us yet…
Second Prize of EUR 2,000 goes to oyomoo (China) with Colorful water
“Smart way to present how water can give you a different perception the world”
oyomoo: In 2010, my friend told me there’s a creative platform launches contests for famous brands with attactive prizes, so I joined eYeka. The Danone brief is quite interesting and it gives me inspiration: through the bottled water, we can see a colorful world, so I decided to make a video to join the contest. I can’t believe I really win this contest! If we have certificate for the winners, that would be great
Third Prize of EUR 1,000 goes to FlojoArt (Germany) with Friends
“Water makes you confortable with yourself and with others”
FlojoArt: “Thank you very much eYeka, for the price! For this contest I worked onlywith 3D animations. It was a lot of work, but also a lot of fun!The most time I use animation. With this I am more free and I am able toconvert my ideas. Nothing is impossible!I liked the idea of the contest and I am always wanna support the water! Thepeople should drink more water! All my work I do by myself, but before I send it out, I need always acriticism.I am already happy about the next contest!eYeka, stay as you are!!”
First Prize of EUR 2,000 goes to damseremie (Nigeria) with Be You…Be Cool
“It explores a intrinsic characteristic of water, in the tweens world (transparence)”
damseremie: “I found out about Eyeka 3 years ago while searching for online video contests, but i forgot about it for a while, came back last year, participated and won 3rd place in Lenovo.. Since then, i have participated regularly… It feels wonderful to win again and take First place for the very first time… Generally, some contests just appeal to me from the time i see them, they seem challenging and interesting…Some however i do not get the ideas till it’s just a day or 2 to go..Then it’s all adrenaline rush to finish before the deadline…. I actually didn’t plan to participate in the contest (at least the design part), i had just received results of another contest which i had worked hard on and didn’t win anything(not eyeka though…lol) and was feeling a bit disappointed … So instead i poured my anger to productive work , sat down and an hour later i had this entry… it was amazing…. usually i have an idea.. then i start walking up and down the house, developing it in my head, then i grab paper and a pen…and create a rough draft or script or storyboard …. All this Before i even think of going to shoot or sitting in front of my computer…it helps solidify my ideas….5)Am really not sure where my inspiration comes from.. Sometimes it’s from within me.. At times it may be from bits and pieces of other great work i may have seen on the internet or TV …. 6) I mostly work alone.. though sometimes with my friend folarinpearse (also on eyeka)…we share ideas and critique them… i want all the other creators to keep working…win or not, your getting better and getting more content for your reel or portfolio…and if your consistent, sooner or later, you’ll win something too”.
Second Prize of EUR 1,000 goes to IsaacRivera (France) with Sharing Together
“A good graphic that presents water as a connector between tweens”
IsaacRiver: I knew eYeka trough internet, but I do not really remember how : ( – I participate in contests in general because of the creative challenge and for the prize of course I participated in this contest more specifically because it was a good challenge and that the brief really talked to me. I am an amateur photographer. I love photography and design in general, so I create with my camera, my computer, and my crazy brain. I get inspiration from taking some special products. Just kidding, I’m clean. I think I am inspired by everything I see, then my brain makes the rest. Until now, I have been working all alone. But I would seek advice or opinions around me. This is only my third participation and I won! As a suggestion to all the members of eYeka out there, just try and euros will fall into the pockets I am pleased to have participated and won.
Third Prize of EUR 500 goes to downisthenewup (Argentina) with Danone ad
“The possibility to explore intrinsic and extrinsic characteristics of water in tweens’ mood”
I have known eYeka thanks to a designer friend who gave me the link and told me that competitions and awards were interesting. I do not participate much in contests, but I do because I know it allows me to compare my work and enrich myself. I participated in this contest specifically because I was curious to know how eYeka worked , and also because I read the brief and I liked the idea of the contest because I felt I could contribute with something. In addition Danone is a major brand and is a good background for my resume. My work process is first introspective and observational later. I took many sketches before proceeding to final execution. I use notebooks to sketch and I work with a graphics tablet and software for the end result. I get inspiration from my personal experience. I usually work alone but I have no problems working in teams, especially when the objectives are multidisciplinary. I think eYeka is a serious website, with many opportunities and good management. They have been very good to me and were kind enough to answer all my queries. The artists who participate in this community have to take the site and competitions are a good initiative to exploit their skills, learn and make some money.
Congratulations! And for everyone who have taken a part in this contest, well done and thank you very much! We loved all of your creations
